  2. We will verify product availability and send you a quotation including the item price, local delivery charges (if any), and our service fee.
  3. After payment confirmation, we will purchase the items for you.
  4. Once all items are received at our facility, we will notify you and prepare for international shipment.

3. Service Charges

A small personal shopping service fee will be applied per order or per store, depending on order size and complexity. This fee will be clearly mentioned before confirming the purchase.

4. Order Verification

We purchase only from trusted and verified Indian sellers. However, we are not responsible for any manufacturer defects or warranty limitations on products sold by third parties.

5. Storage & Consolidation

Once items arrive at our facility, we can store them free of charge for 20 days. You can also request to consolidate multiple orders into one shipment to save on international shipping costs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only before international shipping, as per each vendor’s return policy in cases of wrong or damaged items shipped to us. We will initiate the return on behalf of the customer. Return shipping costs and service charges will be borne by the customer or vendor, depending on the policy.
