SHINY SOLUTIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- SHINY SOLUTIONS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. Refund/replacement may be allowed if the customer proves that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, report the same to our Customer Service team. Requests will be entertained only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue. This should be reported within Not Applicable of receiving the product.
- If you feel the product received is not as displayed on the website or not as per expectations, notify our customer service within Not Applicable of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- For any refunds approved by SHINY SOLUTIONS, it will take Not Applicable for the refund to be processed to the customer.
